If you know me, you know that I really love this show. It's a show where designers compete to win a job hosting their own design show on HGTV. PS- I really think that HGTV has more of a cult following than people let on. Seriously, there is some really good stuff on this channel. Emily's show idea is Style to Lifestyle, she is looking to help people make their homes reflect their own personal style, which I think is a pretty brilliant idea for a show. It got me to begin thinking about how I would help people I know decorate with their own personal style and improve my own. Now I am no designer, but I must mention that a friend that was recently over at my apartment made the statement "this is exactly what I pictured your place to be like". So I guess my personal style is reflected in my place, which would obviously mean that I would not be a good candidate for the show. But, maybe I should look into working on the style crew or something....
